Lim Hong Guan, a Managing director of the company, graduated from TAR College in 1978, has 30 years of experience in formwork & scaffolding works. He started his career as a technical sales executive for a system formwork company.

From the knowledge and skills gained, he has turned out to be a young entrepreneur who started up a company – Gema Marketing Sdn Bhd in 1993. He has gained vast experience in trading and building a good rapport with the clients. He is currently overseeing the whole management and function of the company. Apart from the above, he is also in marketing of company’s services. His many years in this scaffolding and formwork industry and excellent entrepreneurial skills have steered the company into the prospective future. Since then he has never looked back and go on to lead the company on it mission to become the most reputable specialist in the formwork and scaffolding industry.
