There are numerous positive aspects of this company, but what stood out to me the most was the friendly and kind nature of all the directors. They make an effort to connect with all the staff by providing amenities such as a leisure room with a pool table, foosball, and couches to ensure the staff are comfortable in the office. The office environment is also very welcoming and comfortable, to the point where it feels more like home than a workplace. Additionally, all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Everything is going well. A typical day involves work and sometimes overtime, which is normal. I have learned a lot about different types of projects because there are many projects to work on. The management is satisfactory. The most challenging aspect is meeting deadlines. Working as a team is enjoyable.
