Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated since year 1966. Throughout the years we have expanded and diversified our business into trading of lighting, plant & equipment, machinery, construction and property development.

Currently we have four lighting showroom and three plant & equipment showroom around Klang Valley. We have also completed supply and install of light fittings to Universiti Sabah Malaysia, Universiti Sains Malaysia and Khuitto, Johor. Spanning more than a decade, our construction arm has completed Duke Phase 1 and Phase 2 and undergoing project for SPE-Duke. Apart from being an established trading of lighting, plant & equipment and construction, under its property development portfolio includes four developments in the planning stage.

Due to rapidly growth of business, we have moved to our own corporate building located at the prime area of Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The buiding name is registered as Wisma Lim Seong Hai.
