Take full charge of recruiting all company roles including solo & group live streamers, operators, dancers, makeup artists, photographers and hosts. Source candidates via local Malaysian recruitment platforms and personal connections, and handle the whole recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding follow-up.
Fulfill daily fixed recruitment KPIs and get cash rewards once targets are met. Maintain good relations with recruited employees to sustain long-term commissions: earn a permanent 1% monthly revenue share from each solo streamer you recruit as long as they remain employed; receive a one-time bonus of RM300 to RM1000 per group streamer according to their first-month revenue, with no upper earning limit.
Track daily recruitment data and optimize recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency. Assist routine HR administration and participate in team building activities.
