Every morning we engage in team huddles, exercise, and short activities such as games and singing. The manager provides a list of customer contacts for me to call and promote our services and products. I present promotions from RHB Bank to customers and follow up with them, submitting their application forms to the manager. Through this experience, I have learned how to effectively serve and communicate with customers, listen attentively, solve problems, and improve my skills. I appreciate the supportive management and teamwork among my colleagues, creating a family-like atmosphere. The workplace is clean and pleasant, allowing me to work in a happy environment. The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have no customer submissions, but I persevere and continue to follow up with customers. Despite the challenges, I have enjoyed my job in the past six months and have gained valuable experience in teamwork, product knowledge, communication, and working under pressure. I have also learned from my mistakes and have transitioned to a new position in a different field.
