BENTA WAWASAN SDN. BHD. (BWSB) is a Malaysian company based in Tawau a district of Sabah, BWSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (ICSB), a commercial arm of the Sabah Foundation, was incorporated in 1996 under the Benta Wawasan group of companies that includes sister companies Samel Plantation Sdn. Bhd., Srijaya Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Ratus Awansari Sdn. Bhd.The company is involved in developing an agro-forestry plantation up to 44,570 hectares. As of January 2014, a total of 27,409 hectares have been developed with oil palm plantation. The company has also commissioned its first Crude Palm Oil (CPO) mill with a capacity of 45 tonnes per hour (upgradeable to 90 tonnes per hour).
