Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (IT, Business, or related fields will be an added advantage)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 to 2 years of experience in system support, pre-sales, or consulting roles will have an added advantage
Basic understanding of web systems, mobile applications, or digital platforms is preferred
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Good documentation, follow-up discipline, and problem-solving skills
