Beyond Culinary is a professional training centre of excellence for food service and retail industry. It is training organization recognized by the Human Resource Development Agency.  In addtion to running professional courses to enhance the skills and product knowledge of chefs and butchers, it specializes in developing marketing strategy, promotional and public relations program for food and beverage companies through training and promotional programs for commercial application, including event managment.
