Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and other related billing documents.

2. Liaise and coordinate closely with the company accountant on financial and documentation matters.

3. Manage and handle matters related to local security guards, including administrative support and documentation.

4. Organize and maintain office files, records, and company correspondence in a systematic manner.

5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and official letters.

6. Prepare and manage documents and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and related financial documentation.

8. Provide administrative support to HR matters including preparation of employment contracts, staff records, and payroll documentation.

9. Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related fields.

2. No experience and Fresh Graduates may be considered or at least 1–2 years of working experience in administrative, HR, or related roles.

3. Proficient in SQL ACCOUNTING.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

5. Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

6. Able to handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks efficiently.

7. Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Willing to perform ad-hoc tasks and support daily office operations when required.
