What do you enjoy most about working at the company? I love being a bartender and creating delicious drinks for customers who appreciate them. What is the most challenging aspect of working at the company? Dealing with gossip and negativity from other staff members, as well as feeling unsupported by the manager who tends to favor older employees. How would you describe the work environment and company culture? The work environment is a mix of good and bad experiences, with some customers brightening up my day despite occasional challenges. Can you walk me through a typical day at the company? I have the pleasure of serving kind and appreciative customers, which makes my job enjoyable overall. However, there are instances where the store manager and senior staff can be a bit rude.

This is the most enjoyable and fun work environment I have ever experienced. The manager and other staff members are friendly and always willing to teach or help each other. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet everyone is quick to work when needed.
