The staff and management are extremely friendly and always have lunch together with the boss. There is no rush in completing tasks as everything is planned in advance. My job simply involves meeting deadlines, and the boss only intervenes if there is an urgent task. The work environment is pleasant, and I enjoy exchanging ideas with engineers. There is flexibility in terms of office hours, and I have the opportunity to learn new things.
