C N H GROUP SDN. BHD. (formerly known as Cheng Wah Holdings Sdn Bhd) was founded by our Managing Director, Mr. Yap Cheng Hwa, in the 1990s. Mr. Yap started his business in the field of construction and civil engineering, establishing C N H Construction (M) Sdn Bhd in 1995. The company has been actively involved in numerous construction projects across Klang Valley and Penang, maintaining a strong track record of quality work recognized through various certifications. Today, the company continues to expand its portfolio by tendering and constructing new projects, contributing significantly to the industry.

Recognizing the growth potential of Malaysia’s property sector, our Managing Director diversified into property development in 2001. Some of our successful projects include Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang (also known as I-HUB Industrial Park – 92 Semi-D factories, 6 warehouses, 30 terrace factories), Zestran Townhouse (172 residential townhouses), 121 units of multi-class family homes in Penang, and more. With a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, and industrial projects, we continue to develop new properties across Klang Valley and Penang.
