CAAT is an ISO9001 certified general construction company incorporated in 1983 in Singapore. It had its beginning as a specialist in precast prestressed concrete components suitable for a wide range of structures and projects. In its decades of year history, CAAT has established an impressive record for its excellent, efficient business achievements and its fast growth as a company.

CAAT is also a specialist of related construction activities including design, manufacture and construction using precast hollow core slabs, precast concrete beams, columns and walls as well as architectural precast products such as facade and curtain walls, pre-tensioning and post-tensioning and lightweight concrete partition walls.

CAAT is mainly formed by five main business groups. They are Design and Build Contractor in Civil Engineering, General Building Contractor, Post-Tensioning Specialist, Precast Specialist and Construction Material Supplier.

CAAT continues to develop a wide product range especially in construction material in order to meet the high demand of markets. The major construction material supplied is aluminium composite panel. At present, CAAT has diversified its markets to Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
