CapAsia is a private equity firm investing in the infrastructure sectors in Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Founded in 2006, we have investment professionals and offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Bangkok. We currently manage $400 million across three funds. We operate as one firm across our various offices and geographic coverage areas. Our team offers a combination of international private equity and principal investment experience, in-depth local industry knowledge with a strong commitment to teamwork and information sharing across our offices.

Our first fund, The South East Asian Strategic Assets Fund was launched in 2006, and in 2009, we expanded our investment scope by securing the management of the Islamic Infrastructure Fund, a joint initiative backed by the Asian Development Bank and the Islamic Development Bank, as well as Babcock & Brown's Asia Infrastructure Fund.
