Responsibilities: To lead monthly and campaign content strategy, setting content pillars, audiences, publishing priorities and performance goals; provide direction to the Media Executive and Graphic Designers through clear briefs, priorities, deadlines and quality standards; and approve outputs before release; plan digital support for membership campaigns, promotions, products, outlets and events, including schedules and post-campaign review; lead scripts, shoot lists, photo/video production, livestreams, on-camera support and final editing quality; plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising within approved budgets, tracking reach, engagement, traffic, registrations and sales; establish campaign tracking using Bitly, GA4 or other relevant tools and prepare monthly content and paid-media reports with recommendations; maintain brand and information accuracy across social media, print materials, app visuals, in-store TVs and outlet displays; manage KOLs and creative partners, develop SOPs/templates, maintain the media library and coordinate cross-department deliverables.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in social media, digital marketing, content production or brand communications; retail/FMCG preferred. Salary RM3.5K and above depending on the qualification and experience.

Responsibility: To ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor; to monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational PRPs (OPRSs), hygiene, labeling, and documentation; to act as the shift-level QA representative for production zones (clean area, dirty area, and morning shift) and to support issue escalation, corrective actions, traceability, and internal/external audit preparation.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field.
