About Chempaka Buddhist Lodge

Chempaka Buddhist Lodge was established in 1985. Name after the village where is was founded, Chempaka Buddhist Lodge was established by the pioneers n Kampung Chempaka. The name of the Lodge has a deep meaning that welcomes thousands of devotees to learn Dharma and the Lodge is a place which brings together thousands of people.

千百家佛教居士里于1985年成立。当初先驱前辈们在千百家村内建立此居士林， 并以“千百家”命名，原因是因为与所居住的地方同名，也因“千百家”这名字深具内涵，象徵接引千百信众学佛，也是千百因缘、千百颗心所汇聚而成的居士林。
