On 29.6.2018, Chooi & Company and Cheang & Ariff merged to form Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff. Chooi & Company was established in 1962, and Cheang & Ariff was established in 1986. Since their respective establishment, both firms have grown to become recognised and respected, and have been consistently ranked as leading law firms in Malaysia, for both their dispute resolution practice and corporate and financial services practice.
