• Manage the daily operations of the Come Come self-operated shopping App and execute the overall e-commerce operational strategy.• Maintain product listings, category management, homepage merchandising, promotional landing pages, and campaign configurations.• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including discounts, flash sales, coupons, membership promotions, seasonal campaigns, and festive promotions to increase user engagement and sales conversion.• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior data to continuously optimize product assortment, homepage recommendations, merchandising strategies, and operational performance, customer retention, and repeat purchase rate.• Collaborate closely with the Procurement, Warehouse, Customer Service, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure smooth platform operations and an excellent customer experience.• Coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns to drive product visibility and develop best-selling products.• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and recommend strategies to enhance platform performance and competitiveness.• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth through data-driven decision-making.• Prepare regular performance reports for Management.
