Tentang Co-opbank Pertama

Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad is a cooperative society established under the Malaysian Co-operative Societies Act 1993. Our journey began on June 7, 1950, under the name "The Province Wellesley Co-operative Banking Union Limited." Over the years, our name has evolved: from "Bank Persatuan Kerjasama Seberang Perai Berhad" in 1959 to "Koperasi Bank Persatuan Malaysia Berhad" in 1995, and eventually to "Koperasi Co-opbank Persatuan Malaysia Berhad" in 2014.

At the 59th Annual General Delegates Meeting on April 29, 2018, we approved a significant amendment to our By-Laws (UUK), resulting in a name change to "Koperasi Co-opbank Pertama Malaysia Berhad."
