CPCI Holdings Sdn. Bhd. set up CPCI Sdn. Bhd. to form a Joint-Venture private limited company with Millionmerz Sdn. Bhd. which is a local construction company with CIDB G7 license. The Joint-Venture Company, CPCI MM Consortium Sdn. Bhd. and it is our construction arm which will be managing our construction projects in Malaysia.

In February 2018, Jawala Corporation Sdn. Bhd. received a Letter of Award for ‘‘Design and Build For Development Of Estate Workers’ Housing Comprise Worker’s Hostel And 6-Door Single Storey Terrace House Including Other Related Works In Sabah’’ from Felda Engineering Ventures Plantations (FGV) Sdn. Bhd. and appointed CPCI MM Consortium Sdn. Bhd. as the main subcontractor.
