I have found that this school prioritizes fairness and equality more than any other school I have worked at. The management is attentive to staff welfare and strives to ensure equal treatment for all employees. Contrary to rumors, there is no preferential treatment for foreign teachers over local teachers at this school. Whether foreign or local, we are all treated equally. I believe this is largely due to the leadership of our exceptional principal.
