I am employed as a part-time sales associate at Melawati Mall. I chose to work at Crocs to gain experience and understand the challenges of working in retail. At Crocs, I have developed skills in customer communication, operating a cashier machine, and understanding the purchasing process. The work environment at Crocs is laid-back and enjoyable. The most challenging aspect of my job was during the year-end sale in 2018.
