CSX Holdings, founded by Mr. Charles Tsao and Mr. Anson Ng, is a prominent real estate investment group with diversified investments spanning rental apartments, office buildings, and value-added investments in industrial factories, strategically positioned in key locations like Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and the Klang Valley. Initially established as CSX Solutions Sdn Bhd, a logistics company in 2007, the organization expanded its operations over the years. In 2013, CSX Logistics Sdn Bhd was established to provide comprehensive warehouse and transportation services, including air, sea, and land transportation, door-to-door delivery, customs clearance, and logistics solutions such as 3PL, 4PL, and 5PL. Subsequently, in 2019, CSX Distributions Sdn Bhd was formed, focusing on real estate investment and rental property projects. With over 250 property units and a total property value of approximately RM300 million as of March 2024, CSX Holdings continues to evolve its business scope and underwent corporate group restructuring in 2023, solidifying its position as a leading player in the real estate and logistics sectors.
