Utilizing extensive experience in the HR industry and adeptness in statutory compliance, the payroll and HR outsourcing division emerged in 2012, delivering dependable and cost-effective solutions to local businesses. In 2020, CareerXcell entered into a transformative partnership with The Ability Center, Japan, rebranding as CXL and embarking on a new chapter. This evolution saw the inception of the Executive Search division, introducing a distinctive recruitment approach tailored to modern business needs. In 2023, CXL merged with Whyze Solutions, a Singaporean HR & Payroll platform provider, aiming to capitalize on digital transformation and enhance competitiveness while ensuring sustainability.
