Working in the Network Operation Center Department meant working in varying shifts. The job culture was challenging as it involved dealing with network servers. The most difficult tasks were identifying and resolving server issues caused by power source problems, technical glitches, or natural disasters. As a NOC employee, I had to be on standby 24/7 to monitor the network during my shift. Despite the demanding nature of the job, collaborating with experienced colleagues was enjoyable and provided valuable exposure to a real-world work environment.
