History
Our Company…
The company was established in 1994 and was originally owned and managed by a group of qualified and experience Bumiputra entrepreneurs. It has made its business debut in supplying mechanical equipment and insulation materials to the oil & gas refineries and petrochemical plants. Later the company has diversified into providing other niche services and high end technology products.
In year 2010, the company has been acquired by a public listed company, DAYA Materials Bhd (DMB) and the name OCI Energy Sdn Bhd has been changed to DAYA OCI Sdn Bhd. All the existing businesses, key personnel and staff remain the same except that the company is now belonged to a larger and synergetic group with stronger financial and management support. The aim is to provide more added value and efficient services with supports and facilities available at strategic locations next to clients’ doorsteps.

Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV)
Installation & Maintenance of ACMV systems for high rise buildings and precision air conditioning for computer server or instrumentation control rooms. The company is specialized in applying high end tools for the preventive & predictive maintenance, energy conservation and online maintenance. Apart from other buildings, our landmark projects are the installation and long term maintenance for ACMV system for Petronas Twin Towers.
Marine Heating & Ventilation of Air Conditioning (HVAC)
The Company is colabrating with the company from France, Cofely Axima Pve Ltd in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems for warships of Royal Malaysia Navy (TLDM) in Lumut.
Pipeline Automatic Welding Services (AWS)
The company is collaborating with a world leader in this field, Serimax, France and has successfully integrated a fully trained and capable Malaysian crew for the AWS to undertake local and regional jobs. Under the collaboration, the company has secured and completed all major offshore pipeline projects in the offshore of Terengganu, Sarawak & Sabah. A full-fletch base has been set up in Pasir Gudang to provide support for Asia Pacific region on the welding qualifications, spare parts inventory, equipment refurbishment and welding R&D.
