DCS Trading Sdn Bhd was established with the primary objective to form an ecosystem in property management and real estate businesses. Our team members have years of experience in the business where we normally purchase properties below market value and sell refurbished properties.

 

We have acquired a property development company with a project to develop more than 40 shop lots within 500-meter radius from Senai International Airport, Johor. We will be involved in more second- and third-line property development mainly in the outskirts to promote affordable housing, better property management & living standards to the citizens of Malaysia.
