Kven has been engaged in the medical and healthcare industry for 10 years and has its own organic food retail store in 2015. He knows that the current supply of organic food in Malaysia is mixed and the quality of local organic natural health food is different and incomplete. The sub-health group has been increasing year by year. Compared with European and American countries, the selection of low-carbon, low-sugar and low-fat products in Malaysia has few choices in the market. Therefore, in early 2020, we discussed with the co-founder Ivan to provide truly healthy, natural and organic low-carbon and low-sugar products to the market.

Konjac is our first choice. At present, most of the konjac products sold in Malaysia come from China, Thailand and Japan. China is the world's largest konjac growing country. What customers don't know is that most of the konjac sold in Japan, Europe and the Middle East countries are from China.

After intensive screening by manufacturers, we cooperated with a Chinese manufacturer of organic konjac that meets international specifications and produced our organic konjac rice and noodles with the most natural, 0% addition. This manufacturer does everything from planting to finished products.

In October, 1600 boxes of organic konjac rice and noodles were sold in a single month. The market reaction was positive and the repurchase rate was as high as 97%. In addition to online sales, we also have offline organic food retail stores and some high-end shopping malls wholesale to the whole Malaysia. There are currently 50 organic food stores on sale.
