The best part of the job is working in the kitchen department where the staff and members are very supportive and helpful. Throughout my internship, I learned basic skills such as cutting vegetables and fruit. I also had the opportunity to cook for a large buffet with assistance from a staff member. Additionally, I gained experience in the housekeeping department.
