As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Live Streamer/Host to strengthen our influencer network and drive partnership initiatives within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Position Summary:

The Live Streamer/Host is responsible for hosting engaging and interactive live sessions to promote and sell products on various e-commerce and social media platforms. This role involves presenting products in a lively and professional manner, demonstrating key features, answering audience questions, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera, with a strong understanding of audience engagement, sales techniques, and current online trends. Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is an advantage to cater to a wider audience base in the regional market.

Job Responsibilities

1.1 Live Selling & Product Presentation

Host live selling sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce platforms.
Present and demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features, functions, and unique selling points.
Engage viewers in a lively and persuasive manner to encourage purchase decisions.
Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence throughout the session.

1.2 Audience Engagement & Conversion

Interact with viewers through comments and Q&A in real-time to build trust and engagement.
Promote limited time offers, bundle deals, or campaigns effectively to drive sales.
Respond to audience feedback, address product-related inquiries, and handle objections tactfully.
Build a loyal audience base and enhance brand reputation through consistent, authentic communication.

1.3 Content Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan live stream schedules, product lineups, and promotional themes.
Prepare live stream scripts, product information, and visual setups before each session.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve creative content, themes, and audience interaction.

1.4 Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track key performance indicators (views, engagement rate, conversion rate, sales volume).
Provide feedback and insights to optimize live stream content and marketing strategies.
Continuously improve performance based on audience analytics and team feedback.

Job Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
Prior experience in e-commerce live selling or as a TikTok / Shopee host is highly preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and persuasive selling skills.
Confident and comfortable performing on camera with a friendly and engaging personality.
Familiar with live streaming tools and basic setup (lighting, camera, OBS, microphone).
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods.

Familiar with major live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Live).
Experience with social media marketing or influencer collaboration.
Multilingual ability (e.g., English, Mandarin, Malay) is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of short video creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
