Ensure and be responsible for the accuracy and propriety of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly recorded in the books on a timely basis.
Ensure that Daily and Monthly Revenue and Settlement Reconciliation is prepared on a timely basis and all revenue is captured and reported.
Responsible for proper documentation and distribution of records of all merchandise entering the hotel, such as purchase orders, market, grocery, beverage and tobacco list, etc....
Support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the GM, DBD, FC and HRD.
