Each day is busy, as I have to meet deadlines and learn new things, but it is rewarding to improve time management skills and acquire new knowledge. The majority of the staff is friendly and supportive. The most challenging aspect is resolving design issues and ensuring samples are completed before delivery to customers. The most satisfying part is when a sample is finished and the customer is pleased with the result.
