"A new sector with ambitious objectives"

Setting up, implementing, and training employees in finance and administration has given me valuable exposure and experience in the logistics industry. I have learned how to effectively manage a diverse workforce, from those in dispatch to those in desk work, as well as both blue and white-collar workers. It is always difficult to have to let go of employees and not be able to assist with their personal needs. However, I have enjoyed the process of setting up operations and sharing my skills and experience with staff, ultimately witnessing the growth of the company and the improvement of the employees.
