We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Admin Executive to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Job Description:

Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Source & handle local orders
Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Perform any related ad hoc task.

Requirements:

1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
Team Player and Detailed Oriented
Able to liaise with counterparts from China
Able to prioritize and organize task
Well versed in Microsoft Excel
Diploma and above
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
