The first Kaisar Pharmacy was established in 2013 by Ms Nor Hazalina, who ventured into the retail pharmacy sector after leaving her role as an Assistant Director at the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA).

With professional experience in pharmaceutical regulation, the establishment of Kaisar Pharmacy marked an important step towards bringing her industry knowledge into the retail pharmacy space.
