The way we handle our schedule at work is determined by ourselves. I learned many things before I left. The management comes from the human resources department and the boss of the division is fair because of the culture at Ecolab. It is comfortable and suitable, but it also makes it more challenging for us to manage our schedule.

I have a flexible work schedule with a diverse range of tasks each day, including conference calls, customer meetings, sales presentations, and restaurant training. I have gained valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and business practices. I report directly to the Director in Australia and the President in the USA, with a small management team providing support. Despite the small team, we effectively manage operations in our country and Brunei. The most challenging aspect of the job is balancing daily customer visits with sales, training, and meetings. However, I enjoy the travel opportunities and flexibility of my work hours.
