Supplier selection – Work with EO Sourcing team to finalize the suitable supplier on the aspect of quality, capability, services, regulatory requirement and etc.
Supplier qualification – Implement proper qualification process through vendor audit, material testing and/or supplier compliance assessment to qualify new vendor and also periodically maintain qualification of existing suppliers.
