The majority of the projects are tall buildings, offering valuable learning opportunities. However, expect to work overtime regularly. I choose to stay for the experience, despite the long hours. There is strong support from seniors, supervisors, colleagues, and management. However, there is a need for significant improvements in the Human Resources department.
