Why this role?

As an Admin Assistant, you will report to the Sales Administration Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our sales engineer team in sales administration and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about administrative support and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

Process and coordinate daily sales order.
Prepare delivery order and invoices for customers.
Handle customers enquiry about stock availability and delivery status.
To ensure all customers’ purchase of materials are delivered on time as per required schedule.
To coordinate with both clients and related internal department to process customers’ order.
Assist sales team by providing services to clients such as handle incoming calls.
Maintain traceability of all related documentation and proper filing.
To assist any other administrative responsibilities including ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Are you the one?

Fresh Graduates with Diploma or Degree in any field.
SPM/Certification and above with 1 year of working experience in administration.
Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Subang Jaya.
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Immediate joiner is preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
