We were previously known as Spa Elixir at The JW Marriott Hotel In Kuala Lumpur, but have moved and up-graded to a better and supreme approach to total wellness and well-being. We are now known as ENERGY DAY SPA – Mind.Body.Spirit, located in the heart of Embassy row on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. Energy Day Spa opened its doors to Kuala Lumpur's new-age and Zen health conscious society on the 1st of January 2003. After being a beauty and pampering spa in JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, Energy Day Spa hopes to bring a fresh and different approach to wellbeing, after careful research on what's lacking in the health & total wellness service industry. With that, four components make up the establishment: facilities & services of a Day Spa, 25 years of Pilates, and an alternative clinic.

Energy Day Spa will offer more than just body, beauty treatments and spa services to our customers. We strive to maintain total wellness living and restore balance in the elements of a person, of which is the body, mind and spirit. We believe that beauty is not limiting to only physical appearance but most importantly, beauty achieved through harmony of the three elements of the human being.
