About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant/Officer to join our dynamic team at Eonmetall System Sdn Bhd in Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements
Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR policies
Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and payroll administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving
Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
