Beauty Consultant – Aqua+ Series & Vie Cosmetics

About the Position

We are looking for confident, passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Beauty Consultant representing our premium beauty brands, Aqua+ Series & Vie Cosmetics, at selected Watsons outlets.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy meeting people, beauty & skincare, sales and personal development, while looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career.

No prior beauty experience? Fresh graduates and candidates with no beauty industry experience are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional beauty & skincare consultation to customers.
Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits and proper usage.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards team targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain attractive product displays, testers and promotional materials.
Ensure the sales area is clean, organized and presentable.
Participate in promotional campaigns, activities and team programmes.
Attend product knowledge, sales and personal development training.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to improve sales performance.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

- Malaysian citizen

- 18–55 years old

- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree

- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers

- Passionate about beauty, skincare and sales

- Positive, hardworking, disciplined and responsible

- Willing to learn and improve

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous retail/sales/beauty experience is an advantage

- Own transportation is preferred

Salary Scheme

Option 1 – Basic SalaryRM1,700 + Commission

Option 2 – Full CommissionCommission-based earning with no fixed income ceiling, subject to the applicable company commission structure.

Actual monthly income depends on individual sales performance and applicable commission/bonus structure.
