FADZIL ENGINEERING SDN BHD (FESB), formerly known as FADZIL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION (FEC), is a wholly-owned sole proprietorship company by bumiputera. The company was established on 27 July 2003 under the Companies Commission of Malaysia under the Business Registration Act, 1956 (Amendment 2001), but was converted into a public limited company by shares and a sole proprietorship on 20 November 2011 with the registration number **8900-W, located at No.16B, Jalan BP 6/13, Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor.

FESB is led by a young director who has experience in the field of CIVIL ENGINEERING and has a high vision. FESB has been recognized as a qualified bumiputera company by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. This proves that the company can participate in and carry out projects through 'turnkey' tenders and direct negotiations from government and semi-government representatives.

FESB has had good credibility or ability throughout its establishment. Conceived in the face of increasingly challenging global currents. FESB tries to do its best and follow the trend of modern technological changes in the construction technology context.

FESB has tried to master construction technology by refining work using modern equipment systems. This will make the company always satisfy customers. This proves that FEC is not lagging behind in the trend of technological development changes.
