Greeting and assisting customers with their medication needs.
Offering information on over-the-counter medications and health products.
OTC and supplement Dispensing:
Preparing and labeling under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Managing the stock inventory, including stock rotation and ensuring stocks are not expired.
Administrative Duties:
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels and ordering medications when necessary.
Ensuring that controlled substances and other medications are properly stored and tracked.
Medication Advice:
Providing guidance on the proper use and administration of non-prescription products like vitamins and healthcare products.
Maintaining a Safe Environment:
Ensuring that the pharmacy remains clean and organized.
Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Handling prescription medications and controlled substances responsibly, following all relevant laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial, particularly when handling medications and prescriptions.
Communication Skills: Interacting with customers and pharmacists effectively, especially when conveying information about medications.
Organizational Skills: Managing inventories, and handling multiple tasks at once.
Fast learner: Able to understand the basic uses of medications, their side effects, and potential drug interactions.

Additional Duties:

Offering health screenings or consultations under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Maintaining records of controlled substances and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
