1. Procurement Support

Call for quotations from vendors/suppliers as required by management.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating purchases.
Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

2. Office Management

Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
Liaise with the cleaning service provider and schedule cleaning sessions as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Arrange internal meetings or company events.

3. Asset Management

Maintain proper records of company assets.
Tag and monitor company assets to ensure accurate tracking and inventory management.

4. Client Hospitality

Manage refreshments and basic hospitality arrangements for clients and visitors at the office.

5. Tender Support

Prepare and organize documents required for quotation and tender submission.
Assist in the compilation and submission processes to meet deadlines.

6. Building Management Coordination

Communicate with the Joint Management Body (JMB) on building-related matters such as water bills.
Ensure timely payment of management fees and utilities to prevent service disruptions.

7. Administrative Support

Support general administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, document preparation, and correspondence.
Perform basic HR administrative tasks as required.
Assist management and supervisors with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

8. Training Centre Support

Prepare training facilities for internal and external training sessions.
Coordinate training logistics including attendance lists, training materials, and refreshments.
Assist trainers and participants during training sessions.
