Student Consultation & Counseling

Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions (in-person, online, phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom) with prospective students and their guardians.
Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses, pathways, and institutions.
Explain entry requirements, program duration, costs, scholarships, and career outcomes for each program.
Provide culturally sensitive guidance tailored for Malaysian students (including SPM, UEC, STPM, A-Level, foundation pathways).

Application Processing

Assist students with preparing and submitting application forms to partner universities or training institutions (international and local).
Review documents (academic transcripts, reference letters, personal statements) to ensure they meet university requirements.
Prepare and follow up on submitted applications with partner institutions.
Track application statuses and communicate updates to students in a timely manner.

Admission & Offer Management

Guide students on offer acceptance processes, deposit payments, and financial planning.
Explain scholarship opportunities, eligibility criteria, and how to apply.
Advise on enrollment timelines and key deadlines.

Pre-Departure Support

Help students prepare for pre-departure requirements such as:
- Visa and immigration documentation support (e.g., GTE letters, health checks, passport checks)
- Accommodation assistance (e.g., uni halls, private rentals)
- Flight bookings and travel arrangements
Coordinate arrival pick-ups and orientation schedules for international placements.

Follow-Up, Relationship & CRM Management

Maintain a CRM system with accurate student records, conversations, follow-ups, application statuses, and notes.
Conduct regular follow-up calls/messages to nurture leads and improve conversion.
Report weekly and monthly on counseling KPIs (e.g., leads converted to applications, offers secured, enrollments).

Workshops & Events

Represent FEN Education at:
- Education fairs (local & international)
- School talks and open days
- Webinars and marketing events
Deliver presentations on study pathways, course insights, and application tips.

Team Collaboration

Work with:
- Marketing team to refine messaging and promotions based on student feedback
- Social media team for content ideas that address top student concerns (e.g., scholarships, visa)
- Student services to ensure smooth onboarding
Provide insights from student interactions to improve product offerings.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all counseling information and practices follow regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Keep updated on changes in:
- International university admissions
- Visa policies
- Local certification standards (e.g., MOE, MQA)
Attend periodic training to stay current with market trends.
