Five Aluminium Boat & Engineering Pte Ltd is started by 2 brothers, Edmund & Edward in 2008. Edmund and Edward has been designing and building aluminium boats since 1996, starting from a small 4m aluminium dinghy.
Today, the company is able to build a diverse portfolio of boats from 4m to 20m for all kinds of commercial, military and pleasure applications.
FIVE Aluminium Boat & Engineering Pte Ltd (FIVE) was incorporated in the Republic of Singapore in 2008. The main activities of FIVE are:
A major manufacturer of ALUMINIUM BOATS for all pleasure and commercial and Military applications from 8ft to 62ft.
FIVE is highly specialised in the designing and customisation of all kinds of aluminium boats such as:
Police Patrol Crafts
River Assault Crafts
Landing Crafts
Diving Boats
Fishing Boats
Anchor Mooring Boats
Workboats
High speed habour launches and ferries (6-40 pax)
SOLAS APPROVED rescue boats etc.
Boat repairs and welding repairs
We also have our own in-house design engineers who can speedily produce a design to your specification. All production works and welding works are done in-house in our enclosed workshop which ensures welding quality. Only top quality materials are being used to produce a top quality product at very reasonable prices. Our welders are trained and certified by DNV classification society.
Our major clients will cover from the Ministry of Defence, Defence Science Organisation, Singapore Police Coast Guard, Singapore Customs,Republic of Singapore Airforce, SASCO, Major Oil and Oil exploration companies such as MODEC Inc, BW Offshore, Tanker Pacific Offshore terminals, Socotram, Seabulk etc.
FIVE also has an Engineering Department specialising in:
General steel, aluminium, and stainless steel fabrication works.
Military equipment modification, fabrication, duplication
Marine Outfitting equipment, modification, repairs Aircrafts Equipments (Ground Support and Handling equipment, workshop equipment, Jigs, Fixtures), and other duplication works
Structural design and fabrication
Professional Welding works and repairs
Machining works
We have our own qualified mechanical engineers who are able to advise on all design requirements. Our welders undergo stringent welding tests conducted by Det Norske Veritas on a regular basis to ensure that welding quality are of the highest possible standards.
