After making calls, it is necessary to update records with relevant information. I have gained valuable skills in communication and using Microsoft Word and Excel. The company's management is proactive in finding solutions rather than assigning blame. The workplace culture is positive, with supportive colleagues. The most challenging aspect of the job is monitoring customer payment patterns and managing different customer personalities to prevent dissatisfaction. However, I find satisfaction in identifying and resolving customer issues that others may struggle with.
