The rapid urbanization of our country has led to the development of high-rise office and residential accommodation, and strata-titled projects on a massive scale in the cities throughout our national landscape, more so in Klang Valley.  This is a transformation in the way we work and live, from individual to communal.  During this transitional stage, we are beginning to learn to manage not only our own little private space, but more importantly the common areas which give us access, facilities and greens.

We believe that it is our duty as responsible real estate professionals to assist the industry in achieving excellence and international standards in the management of high-rise buildings and strata-developments, so as to maintain and enhance the quality and value of our national resources.  We can do this by providing professional management to the developers, building owners, Management Corporations and Joint Management Bodies as well as constantly educating the public on the virtues and benefits of communal living and good maintenance.
