About the role
Join GOLD BRIDGE RESOURCES' as a Junior Lawyer / Legal Compliance Executive. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur & Hybrid, you will play a crucial role in providing legal and compliance support to the company's diverse operations.

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the corporate/commercial sector
•  
• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial and regulatory laws applicable to the industry
•  
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written of commercial contracts and legal documents
•  
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a keen interest in problem-solving, collaborating cross-functionally to identify and mitigate legal risks
•  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, supporting company in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes
•  
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues
